It is easy to switch cPanel server from CentOS 5.x or 6.x to CloudLinux. The process takes a few minutes and replaces just a handful of RPMs.
Nuevo Metodo:
cd /root/tools
wget https://repo.cloudlinux.com/cloudlinux/sources/cln/cldeploy
sh cldeploy -k <activation_key>reboot /scripts/easyapache --build
Once you have rebooted, you are running CloudLinux kernel with LVE enabled.
OLD METHOD- Get either by getting trial subscription or by purchasing subscription
- Download script: cpanel2cl
- Execute sh cpanel2cl -k activation_key
- * Important: If you bought CloudLinux license directly from cPanel, you don't need activation key. Just run sh cpanel2cl -k
- Reboot
wget http://repo.cloudlinux.com/cloudlinux/sources/cln/cpanel2cl sh cpanel2cl -k activation_key yum install lvemanager reboot /scripts/easyapache --build
Once you have rebooted, you are running CloudLinux kernel with LVE enabled.
